Offering to fight Santa Cruz on Mayweather's PPV undercard a month before the date, huh? I could have done that. If Santa Cruz didn't accept it would that mean he ducked me? And as I've stated before, PPVs have budgets for undercards. You act like Santa Cruz personally makes the decisions on that. Was Quigg going to fight for what Manuel Roman got paid?

And who the f**k is Scott Quigg to even duck in the first place? You can't duck a lesser fighter. If that was the case Andre Berto could claim Floyd Mayweather is ducking him because he won't accept his "offer" to fight.

Why are you fixating on the Mayweather undercard? As if that's some kind of excuse for him fighting a toilet attendant. They could have made the Quigg fight any time. They also could have made the Frampton fight after he KO'd Cazares.

But Santa Chicana and Papi Al said not under any circumstances.

Rigo is clearly head and shoulders above the crowd. Quigg, frampton and leo all have one thing in common, all undefeated with watered down resumes.
