WBC super bantamweight champion Leo Santa Cruz (28-0-1, 16KOs) is open to the idea of facing IBF champion Carl Frampton or WBA 'regular' champion Scott Quigg - but he prefers to face them in the United States as opposed to traveling over to the UK. Frampton KO'd Cazares and became WBC mandatory and Santa Cruz suddenly said he preferred Quigg

Then he was on to Rigondeaux

And now he's gone full circle back to Frampton.
