So then you can't say that Floyd's reps said anything. You can say Top Rank did. Period. As far as Mayweather coming out and saying something, he will. Oh he will.

The only annoying thing for me is that IF Floyd signs, then for the next 4 months all we will hear from him is what a true champion he really is, fighting the very best, ducking nobody TBE blah, blah, blah...

But that will be a small price to pay for Manny smacking the crap out of him...

HELL YEAH......like how he was acting when he fought Cotto

If it is true that Pacquiao/Arum agreed to Floyd's terms and Floyd refuses to fight, I will admit Floyd ducked Pac this time.

However, something tells me Arum is negotiating with Arum as usual. I have no idea if Floyd actually let Pac take 40%, that would be pretty amazing and umbelievable considering Pac's recent numbers are similar to Canelo's. Sounds like Pacquiao signed off on what he thinks are fair terms and they are now waiting to see if Floud agrees to those terms. But I know nothing about these negotiations, they don't seem very public except for what Arum comes out to say once in a while.

This is the closest they've come to fighting since 2010 except this time it seems everything's agreed on.

I still think it happens but Dan Rafael's tweets and now this tweet is making my think maybe not.
Yea, first person to announce a fight will get the blame.... but the recent press releases for Pac's side saying they agreed to everything lessens the blow in their favor compared to Mayweather's.

Like you... I was really confident before.... until like 2 days ago....I'm feeling very meh.

Oscar's tweet could just be stalls in Cotto/Canelo fight....but Dan's makes me skeptical too

Let's just say i'm a lot less confident now and DLH will retaliate with probably a non PPV Canelo fight the same date

Pacquiao deserved 50-50 in 2010-2011. 60-40 in 2012 for losing to JMM unofficially. And now ever since getting KTFO and his numbers plummeting to the low 100k's he's lucky to get 35%. Truth hurts, but Pacquiao's stock dropped and no dominating wins over Algieri or Rios or Vargas will bring it up. He's gonna have to beat real competition to get it back up. Bradley was good for starters, Marquez, Khan shoulda been next after Bradley. Not Algieri.

well oscar is obviously privy to things no one on here knows so him hinting at floyd/cotto to me raises doubt about pac/floyd. just when i was starting to believe it would happen this comes out
