Like i said, if it was Bobs show instead of Haymons, you'ld be nutting in your own @$$

Good job at not actually answering the question.

Your acting like a female, It could be PPv quality and you'd still find something to be negative about. It's a fight between 2 top 10 WWs on basic cable , Your supposed to be a boxing fan this is what you should want. But instead you post based on your emotion that's lame.

I'm not saying its the card of the year and this is going to save boxing but it a good way to start things on NBC add another decent fight and it's a good to go.

But keep being negative , thumbs up daggum stick to the Calzaghe jokes.

Also there isn't a network on earth that is going to spend 100 million plus for one single event. The olympics costs 2 billion for the tv rights and they can run that ish 24/7 from start to finish over the course of like a month.
What about the Superbowl? I mean this fight is the Superbowl of boxing, do you know how much the networks pay for that?

Only good thing about this card is that it makes Matthysse-Provo more likely.

It would be NOTHING like the superbowl. You know how many TV time outs there are during the Superbowl? There are long breaks where lots of commercials filled in. With boxing there is a short amount of time before the next round. What if the fight ends on an early KO or DQ or cut and the fight is stopped after two rounds? Way too risky to spend millions on. The superbowl is guaranteed boxing is not.

well most ppvs are garbage so you might be right there.

I want good fights and these don't qualify as good fights to me.

but I don't think its a good way to start. this is more of the same from haymon. star building instead of compelling matchups. he's got Garcia, matthysse, broner, and peterson yet broner vs Molina....

is there some rule in boxing where you have to have garbage fights before making good fights? pretty sure that was the whole problem. instead of making the good fights promoters and fighters kept beating around the bush. this is more of the same.

Yeah ok buddy, people sure were dying to see broner vs John Molina jr (25-5) lost last 2 fights ranked 32 @ 140 on boxrec. Broner has fought three mediocre opponents in. A row

matthysse is with haymon. prov isn't so the likelihood of that fight happening apprears to be zero.
