exactly...to them it is ok for him to fight ww's who themselves have already moved up divisions.but he cant move up and fight bigger fighters....it is crazy

Fair would be "from 154 to 168". I think Ward would beat him. Other than ward I think a few guys would have chance against him but I can't say that they would beat him. They are: Andre Dirrell, Canelo, Andrade and maybe the Charlo bros, we don't know yet how good are they really but they looked good and confident so far.
