Why do Americans hate Deontay Wilder? No support for countrymen.

Right.... blacks root for blacks and it's seen as support... whites root for whites and it's seen as racist.

So how exactly is this relevant to Deontay Wilder? Or did you just want an excuse to menstruate about Hopkins?

        Because he is thoroughly unlikable.

The better question is why do black Americans support black fighters no matter how repugnant their behaviour or repulsive their personality? And why do the race obsessed black supremacist posters here have to disparage non black boxing figures to advance their narrative?

Chris Algieri is as white as white gets. Did all white American fans get behind him and support him vs the non-American (and non-white) Manny Pacquiao?

          Shameless race baiting thread.

I have seen posters who I know are Black Americans such as Burner and Larry who have criticised Wilder more than anyone.

Seriously though. This topic has been discussed a number of times. The issue people have with him is that he's hyped as hell and has fought nothing but cab drivers and beggars.

Although he sure will be tested next week.

Being fair, Golovkin's resume looks like a murderer's row next to Wilder's.

                    Not really.

GGG's resume isn't world beating but he has fought a couple of top 10 guys (Geale, Macklin, Rubio, Proksa).

Wilder has fought absolute garbage with the exception of Malik Scott, who was coming off a stoppage loss to Chisora.

GGG's resume is somewhat lacking. Wilder's resume is almost empty.

GGG has fought mostly top 10 fighters recently though. Wilder has barely sc****d top 20
