The Garcia KD was bogus, it was a push, Lucas got trapped in the ropes, I don't count that one at all as evidence of this "suspect chin". However he did go down with Molina and was hurt, The first overhand right Molina dished in the first round caught him clean, and it affected him up to the 2nd round KD I think, the fifth round KD was in the back of the head an Matthyse wasn't even hurt.
Don't forget he was in serious reach disadvantage in that fight, it reminds me of the last Rigo fight, that disadvantage will be non existant with Provo, and if Matthysse fights inside I think it breaks Ruslan down eventually

Who has Provodnikov faced to suggest that he has a granite chin and can't be hurt? He hasn't faced a puncher and in his notable losses against Bradley and Herrera (who both can't punch) his face was a mess. Matthysse will hit him at will and with combinations, and Ruslan tends to fade after a couple of rounds too, especially if he takes some hard body shots.
Oh and remember when Roach suggested that he was thinking of stopping the fight against Bradley?

He is, and Provo has an excellent chin but he's never fought an outright explosive puncher like Matthysse.
