That's true, but even if he would have fought another tune-up, like a Donavon George type fight, he would have gotten a 300,000.00 which would have been worth his time I would assume.

It was a $1 million minimum guarantee for the super 6 for every fight if I remember, guys like Froch would have received a lot more from the UK money but off the bat that is at least $4 million not including tax.

Outside of the super 6 he fought Edison Miranda, Sakio Bika, Chad Dawson and Rodrigues for which he was grossly overpaid. It's quite possible he is living very comfortably if he saved well.

I just want to see him fight the best at 168 again.

Since Ward fought ZERO times in 2014, how much $$$ could he have possibly made in 2014? It seemed like he and RJJ split the HBO dates, but how much could HBO be paying per announcing gig? I mean, boxing is his job, how does he expect to support his family, and three kids if he doesn't fight? These are his prime years!!!
