If Cotto's stamina holds up he can win this fight. Canelo had trouble with any kind of movement, he only lets his punches go after he sets his feet. Cotto has great timing and could make it very hard for Canelo to set his feet. If Cotto doesn't get lazy and stands still, he's got this.
