The only thing that matters is the people who televise the fights though. They have said a Golovkin fight is not PPV so it obviously isn't.

He's earned the right to have one final big payday against a softer opponent. He has a list of opponents very few pro boxers will match since hitting the world level. I don't think anybody but Ward's fans wanted a rematch anyway.

If he was to stay fighting at the top level I'd have preferred something better like GGG or Stevenson, or even Froch-Hopkins rather than a boring rematch with Ward.

He is driven for a final money fight against Chavez Jr. I have no problem with his line of thinking.

How can you not like Call Froch? For me Froch has reached that point in his career that he has nothing to prove. He wants a couple of big money fights and hang em' up? Fair enough. He can fight who he wants and I'm gonna watch. It's not like he's out there calling himself the best fighter there ever was, innit?

Love how these fighters keep saying GGG isn't PPV worthy when they aren't even PPV worthy, put GGG in with any of the top names and it will do 1 million+ buys easy! Froch should just retire.. Like GGG said he will just continue to close all doors until these guys have no where to escape!

Much respect for Froch for honesty. He know Ward a tax that ass again and it wont be an attractive fight to the general fans. I wouldn't want to see it again anyway since he told you the result. Only Ward could stop him as well. In fact if you watched the fight Ward was aggressive and dominant as well just like in the Dawson fight. He dominated and was aggressive without being the aggressor.

A damn shame SOG cant sell PPVs. He's the opposite of Mayweather. Almost as dominant but too respectable and just not as attractive to the market. Another Bernard Hopkins type. I got much respect for Ward though for walking in integrity and not changing his style up just to sell fights. He worked hard to get where he is. And is a good example of what perseverance and integrity should be. I'd buy his PPV out of respect for his body of work as a boxer.

Even Hopkins tried to become more marketable by disrespecting his opponents and becoming a minor bad guy. That was cool too. But everybody has a different personality. Everybody not gone come talk **** like Ali. But in the ring Ward gets **** done.
