Man this just makes Broner seem even dumber than he normally does if these numbers are true. Doubt he's going to get that kind of money with Haymon.

All Broner has to say is no, he is signed to Al Haymon, but Broner is no where worth that much.

He needs to stop acting like he is. No way is he earning more then 8 Million a year or should even feel disrespected, if anything he should feel good about that offer, and look at as a compliment. Then again it's AB and he's a moron.

As for what he can get Broner will be in demand so he will get paid, of all Haymons guys it is true with Broner plus Broner is beatable so guys are going to find him.

I could see him turning down this deal being a mistake because he might do as good or better in years 1 and 2 but he is not making that much money in years 3,4,5 no way. Still he will likely be a Mayorga type for long after he is a good fighter.

In short I don't think highly of Broner but it is not the immediate future I would be concerned with in relation to turning down such an offer.
Seems highly unlikely that he'll average $4m a fight for the next five years. He's a draw, but not that sort of a draw.

I think Roc Nation know that too. I doubt that these offers are entirely serious.

broner thinks too highly of himself. this guy thinks he will have 20 fights in 5 years and so he thinks 40mil, 5 years, 10 fights is too low. If he won all the fights and really did fight 20 fights in 5 years, then yes that contract might be a bit low. this guy dreams of making it big like mayweather.

                Al told him:
why settle for a set amount for a set time when i know i can manage you to greatness and you will be able to get 32mil guarantee like floyd?

a little off topic, but regarding these boxers who try to get out of their promoter contracts. are these the typical type of contracts they sign? like x dollars for y years for z fights? If thats the case then **** them for trying to leave and not fighting. like say if broner signed with roc but then got huge like his idol and instead of finishing out his contract, wanted to get bought out or whatever, then go free agent and go full about billions mode.

Someone posted something about Haymon's contracts recently. He has complete control over what fights they sign, the promoters they sign with, everything. They cannot accept any offers without his approval.

Al told me to tell you that I'm a boss and bosses talk to bosses.
Haymon bought 20 millions of air time, NBC is regular tv they don't have a boxing budget like Sowtime and HBO. In premium TV there is no advertising so ratings are irrelevant in open TV the higher the ratings the more you charge for advertising. Now they have to sell tickets and have good ratings or they will loose money.
