There was not one quit accusation against Hisashi Amagasa. If it was a Mexican: "some Mexican warrior, he a quiter doe".

Jorge Linares stopped the Mexican Javier Prieto and one of the first comments I seen was that it was a "quit job".

The Mexican Pedro Guevara stopped Akira Yaegashi on the same card. Not one quit accusation. Nothing but praise for Yaegashi.

Hisashi Amagasa and Sod Kokietgym are not "bums". The Mexican Jesus Ruiz is a "bum".

I remember Divine Hammer was claiming Rigo should be bumped up in the PFP rankings to number 3 based on Amagasa and Kokeitgym victories then he claimed they were quality opponents and listed fighters Amagasa had faced but no idea who they were aside from their records on boxrec... The situation gets so ****** it becomes a joke at times.

Anyway Guevara's win was bitter sweet for me... I love Akira but that left hand was brutal. Amazing stoppage and another good champion for Mexico. However, I really hope Yaegashi can bounce back, he lost 2 back to back by KO and has been in some wars. Plus, he's getting old..

Yeah Guevara's win was bitter sweet for me too. Hopefully Yaegashi takes a tuneup and then bounces back. They should just keep him away from huge punchers and technically sound fighters. Throw him in with guys like Koki Eto, Francisco Rodriguez Jr., and Giovani Segura. He thrives in wars where each fighter has equal power and isn't very technical.

Guevara is a good fighter. Strong, technically sound, good chin, smart. Mexico has a good one in him, .
