this pretty much proves you dont know sh^t about boxing. Rigo got caught while he was setting his feet. Amagasa just happened to throw a right out of nowhere while rigo was squared. It also happened to rigo in the donaire fight. But lilke I said, you don't know sh^t about boxing. You are just happy watching LSC fight BUMS, yes cuz these past two fighters he fought, guess what, THEY ARE RANKED LOWER THAN AMAGASA HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

It's all in good fun, you can't take everything on this forum too serious or else you might just get turned off from boxing. No harm meant and no harm done.

On a serious note, I enjoy damn near all of Rigo's fights. I know he would do a number on Lil Al Cruz's Papi over here but Rigo fans can fly off the handle rather quickly with the whole "omg da God of all time" etc etc shtick... It gets annoying to say te least but aside from most of his fans, Rigo is a special talent.
Exactly my sentiments about Rigo, I enjoy his fights when he is a little more offensive like the Ama****, Rico Ramos and even the one with Donaire.....But frigging groupies are the ones that kill the hype.

Still IMPO Rigo Should be #1 P4P fighter up there with May maybe even higher due to his approach to the fighting game (ducking no one)

im actually a fan of santa cruz and rigo and i think it would be a pretty dam good fight. but then again i want to see rigo fight a bunch of people it was pretty obvious his last matchup was an attempt to bury rigo and make a star in his opponent with the size difference i could be wrong but it sure seemed like thats what arum was going for. Honestly the more realistic matchup would be mares and santa cruz im not exactly sure what their current weights are but i know they could meet somewhere and do it comfortably honestly i think that would be the more entertaining fight.

Santa Cruz fights "bums" that beat other "bums" that draw with Scott Quigg, .

Where's all the hate for Frampton and Quigg?

They don't get much attention from Rigo or the fans because they're not the top. You strive to make it to the top. A lot of you b*tches hate to admit it, but you subconsciously view Mexicans as sitting at the throne of boxing.

Not saying that Santa Cruz is better than Rigo, but by Rigo chasing Santa Cruz over say Frampton (who a lot of people think is the 2nd best at 122) he subconsciously knows that Mexicans are the pinnacle of boxing.

And if you're counter is "people don't view Mexicans as the pinnacle of boxing and Santa Cruz isn't at the top, and that Rigo is just looking for an easy win" then sorry to break it to you, but Rigo is no different than Santa Cruz.

Im just curious but why would you actually believe this would be an easy bet, I mean honestly they are both undefeated fighters, Rigo did just have a problem with a nobody from japan and the only way to defeat a great boxer is with a great brawler. So I'm lost because I think it would be a very intriguing fight and hard to actually call.

Santa Cruz is far from a great brawler or boxer, period. Cruz would get demolished in the ring with Rigondeaux and he know it, exactly why this boy is running for the hills.

Rigondeaux I believe would go out to lay this kid out and not just make a joke of him
