I would love to see Garcia fight Provodnikov at 147! I'm sure Provo would fight him at 140 too; where ever Garcia wants to be. What better way to measure Garcia than against a former Champion who war'd with Tim Bradley for a '47 belt. Haymon will opt for some soft tomato cans at 147, who knock nobody out. Probably like Rod SALKA to move up to 147 with Garcia do to make a Garcia-SALKA 2.
