I doubt it. Like I said this report is bogus, when Pac goes to UK he will just be met with a tour guide of the royal palace but no meeting with Prince Harry. Don't believe anything you read. You may have an inferiority complex but manny pacquiao, and all other top of the sport athletes, as peasent commoners have achived far more than harry who so happened to be born into a "royal" family.
