GGG should just move up already. Not for Ward, just to get better fights. I like both but Ward vs GGG should happen end of the year or early next. Ward is in my top 3, but this has Nothing to do with him, he hasn't fought in a year. Murray is his biggest challenge at 160. No one else a fights him. He beats everyone at 160 with ease anyway. I just want some competition for him. I can't believe anyone would want to see him vs Andy Lee. Like I said this has nothing to do with Ward, not yet anyway. GGG is the real deal, but he's wasting time at 160. My wish would be for GGG to move to 168 and fight Groves, A.Dirrell, or DeGale. Ward fights Froch or Kessler. Then if 168 wasn't too much for GGG. Ward, GGG, Chavez all move up and do a super 6 (maybe at 172.5) with Adonis, Kovalev, and Beterbiev. I know it might be unrealistic, but that's my dream scenario. I'd really rather it be Froch over Chavez but Froch talks about retirement. The super six would have to be five fights, everyone fights each other once. All fights split 60/40 to winner, so we don't get excuses.

    Then I woke up!

      Yes.

And if Ward really wants it, he should come down to 160 or shut up and stop using Golovkin's name to promote himself.

After all, he had Dawson move down to 168 to fight him.

ggg said he wanted to fight anyone from 154-168 didnt he?

        Yes.
ill tell u how that call will go
team ward: i want to fight ggg
team ggg: i like mexican come forward fighters, no money, fight at 160

i get it, ward is risky fight so they want big money but after complaining about lack of opponents and then calling out everyone from 154-168 it makes the backtracking look bad

Well, this is now, and Sanchez has stated, "I would say that we are open to all comers" so it appears that all Andre Ward has to do is to have his people approach GGG's people with an offer. I'll bet that even Ward does not want to fight GGG at this point but instead Ward would want to make the fight under the most financially lucrative conditions. P.S. Until Ward's people come to GGG's people with an offer (which I don't believe has happened to date) it was all talk and nothing more. Andre Ward saying that he wants to fight or will fight GGG is not an offer. Virgil Hunter saying that Ward wants to fight GGG is not an offer. So, if Ward and his people are serious, they should make an offer to GGG's people before too awfully long. If they do not, then what was said in the past by Ward was just talk and nothing more; therefore, Ward did not call Sanchez's bluff - he was just talking. Say it ain't so Andre (or something like that), and have your people make an offer.

Ward said is willing to fight anyone at 168 or 175, but then ducked Stevenson and Kovalev. Here's a link to it:

In the heat of the moment in a post-fight interview with Max Kellerman, who put him on the spot for that answer. Chad shouldn't have been held to what he said at that moment.

source for ward saying he fight anyone from 175? for the record i want him to move up but 168 is heating up again, if degale wins title a ward fight would be good to watch. then ward can move up and face winner of kovaluev/stevenson if that ever happens

also it doesnt matter if chad said it in heat of the moment or not, he said it so ward made him stay true to his words. he shouldnt have run his mouth, dont hear ward saying he would fight ggg at 160.

and ward hasn't made an offer has he? How can you duck somebody who hasn't made an offer and who isn't fighting anyway?

talk is cheap lets see ward back it up by making an actual offer ... I'll wait.

if you want to make scenarios here is the current one

                Ward: I'll fight GGG
loefer: make us an offer then
                Ward: Silence.

u can duck him by saying u dont want to fight him because the time isnt right, thats what ggg trainer said. u only make offer if the other party is at least interested, ggg team dont want it.

This guy has Freddie Roach syndrome, where he talks so much he'll end up contradicting himself and the promoters on a consistent basis.
