so you want people to not make offers to stage one of the biggest fight evers?

If this fight is made it will be in the United States PPV reasons; and more than likely in Vegas people trying to get it overseas are wasting there time plain and simple.

Did I say that? No, I didn't. My point is that these guys are shredding Floyd for not accepting their offer, which seems rather childish and unprofessional.

Let me make it clear that I'm not a Floyd fan. I absolutely despise the guy. I'm just trying to be objective here.

I'm not making fun of the fact you didn't know that (it's not common knowledge)

... but what is pretty hilarious is how you pretend (or perhaps don't even pretend) to know WTF you're talking about

Companies do business with foreign en****** every day of the week, and they do so for hundreds of BILLIONS -- the kind of money that makes Floyd's payday look like a pisshole in the snow.

But of course, none of that matters, because whatever Floyd does is smart / correct / great / not ducking ...

            ... don't forget your pom-poms!

So the number of world class boxers a country has produced determines suitability of a venue for a fight? .... Not the amount of money they're offering or the quality of the facilities offered. OK, got it.

Did you know that before the Rumble in the Jungle, Zaire didn't even have a paved road to the stadium, satellite linkups to transmit the fight broadcast, or a 24-hour staffed Telex office for journalists to send their articles back home?

But they got their **** together & upgraded to host the fight ... and Ali & Foreman fought there because money (usually) talks.

But I suppose money doesn't talk when you're NOT ACTUALLY interested in fighting the opponent
No boxing fan with any sense at all actually thinks Floyd or any other top boxer outside of maybe, Khan is fighting in Dubai. It hasn't happened and its not going to happen. The offer was taken with the same credibility as when Don King was going to get Mayweather and Pac to fight. Ya'll need to just stop and concentrate on what's possible. A fight at the MGM or nothing at all.

I agree that its childish to rip Mayweather for saying no. Everyone has the right to say no to an offer. These Dubai guys sometimes have a superiority complex and think they can get anything they want with their money so im not surprised they are petty as well.

However, if the offer is real, then why wouldn't someone want to fight in Dubai. Its not ****** at all if the offer is real. In the case of Mayweather who gets cash moneys from the damn hotdogs sold, what kind of damn hot dogs would be sold in Dubai? Damn pure 100% dry aged ground kobe beef hotdogs and how much can Mayweather get if he gets a cut off the **** that gets sold. If these Dubai guys are legit, then maybe a boxer or two can go check out what money can be made, like Arum/pac in asia.

Im not saying someone is going to offer this, ill name someone credible who has the funds and the connections for this example.

warren buffet guarantees 1billion for mayweather, 999million for pacquiao with 2billion to the winner. The fight will be held in a newly built Dallas stadium type arena in Antartica. Would the naysayers still be naysayers? I mean if the offer is legit, im sure we can all agree they should take it right? If the answer is yes then it just means 120mil is not enough to move Mayweather and all the naysayers who say fighting anywhere outside of vegas is dumb.

What has Antartica ever done for boxing? have they ever produced a champion before?!?! lol, just kidding...

I agree with everything you said, and as a boxing fan, getting a wider audience from new markets would only benefit us in the long run.

The guy that is doing the smack talking is an american from new jersey, iirc.
He has connections within the boxing community (Don King?) so you can tell by the way he talks, he's no different from any other loud mouths in boxing.

Don't know what was in the contracts don't even know if this Group is legit.

No need for a middle man if they're negotiating on their own to try and make the fight!

Probably wanted the fight in Dubai and that wasn't going to happen regardless of the offer
