Reminds me of when Warren Buffett was with the so-called "Money Team".....there's levels to wealth. Floyd's fortune is loose change to these guys.

Actually, you couldnt be more wrong.

Top Rank isnt Manny's first promoter, he was already fighting in the US when they picked him up, and anybody whose anybody in boxing knows Top Rank. When Manny signed with them, he knew he made it to the big time.

There was nothing random about it.

These UAE people never had a chance. Even Arum never took them seriously. They kept offering Floyd money but as far as I know, Floyd isnt fighting himself. Did you read a single article about how much they are offering Top Rank? You think Floyd or Arum was gonna let an outside group they have never worked with before control the purse strings in the biggest fight of their lives?

Its hard to get you guys to use your brain sometimes.

If what Floyd makes is considered hot dog stand money to these people then I hope I make that kind of money for the rest of my life.

Floyd and Manny could have been walking around looking like this:

You know, instead of wearing something ordinary and cheesy.

thurman can EVENTUALLY make that money down the line. Where else and who else is gonna pay floyd $120 MILLION for ONE FIGHT??? I thought he was "the money man" and represents "the money team"?

lol stfu, he fought where he was getting paid, period.

Same reason Abril went to Finland to fight, Rigo went to Japan and Takam went to Moscow. They'll sign with whoever puts the money up.

                That's what prize-fighters do.

Those who don't want to fight turn huge money deals down, we all know who falls into that bracket but keep making excuses, you're well-versed at this point.

He represents the Al Haymon school of business, do whatever Al advises even if it means vacating titles and walking away from the biggest paydays of his career.

i have a feeling that offer will be put up again soon after mayweather faces thurman and pacquiao ko's vargas. it could even go up $150m. it will once again be snubbed by mayweather and he moves on to fight the winner of brook-khan while pacquiao takes on garcia that's if dela hoya can pry him off haymon
