    WBO/WBA super bantamweight champion Guillermo Rigondeaux (15-0, 10KOs) is smiling at the statements being made by Leo Santa Cruz (28-0-1, 16KOs), the WBC champion.

    Santa Cruz said he was very motivated to get a unification fight with Rigondeaux. He returns on January 17th against Jesus Ruiz at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The two-time Olympic gold medal winner says he is ready to fight Santa Cruz at any time. Santa Cruz is calling himself the best fighter at the weight and Rigondeaux wants to prove him wrong in the ring.

                          Would love to see this fight. Rigo looked good against the japanese guy in his last fight. This fight is stylistically like mayweather paq

                              same fans call stevevnson duckingson while cheering the WBC for forcing him to fight kovalev...are the same ones telling leo its ok keep running..not all but a lot of them...RACE IS A FACTOR...i believe in the case of the WBC as well

                                      That said, NOOOOOOOOOOO to the bold. I can't even think of a good comparison, I'll say a poor man's version of Whitaker-Chavez.
