How is this a bad thing?

Vegas does less than 15% of the revenue Macau does and he doesn't have to pay 40% of his purse to a government that he doesn't even live in

Pac making smart choices as usual

Does about 450k with Garcia and like 25-40k above Algieri numbers with Crawford IMO. It is funny that we look at just under half a million PPV buys as a "bad" thing now, when not too long ago it meant that you were a 100% bonafide megastar.

Pacquiao fighting in Macau, Arum is a true money grubber, the PPV buys for Pacquiao can be 100k but he still gets more money having Pac fight in Macau even though he said the Chinese dont even care about Pac, the reason Arum does this is because he gets paid millions by the casino there to have Pac fight there, he gets paid triple the amount, in America he wouldn't even get half of what he gets.

Someone tell Arum you cannot take money with you when you die, this dude is old as dirt and still greedy he really loves money.

Pac back in China in November can only mean 2 things:
1 - They have no intentions of reaching a deal with FMJ or
2 - If they reach a deal with FMJ, they plan on losing. Because if they win, I'm sure Floyd will have a clause in the contract for an immediate re-match. And we all know Floyd is not going to China to fight.
I really don't like the sound of this. If Pac vs. FMJ does not happen, it's because of Arum and Pac, not Floyd. I really hope they do fight so it can put an end to all of the ridiculous and tasteless comments by keyboard warriors.

I love when Arum locks up Manny's schedule before we even know what fights will be logical at the time. And right in the midst of when there are supposed talks with Floyd. This is definitely sounding like 2010 now, I'm keeping expectations low.

Both Macau fights did around 475 k ppv buys according to HBO vice president hershman right here on boxing scene. Very good numbers when you consider the popularity of the opponents and the fact it was in china.

Top rank also gets something like 15 million dollar site fee to host the event in china which is triple the usual.

On top of that Manny pulls super bowl type of numbers I china. 48 million watched his last fight.

On top of that Manny controls t.v. Rights to his fights in the phillipines. Almost the whole country of 200 million people watch his fights, usually in theatres.

On top of that Manny gets a considerable tax break by fighting in china where the top tier is only about 13% compared to the 40 percent in the states.

Please explain why he shouldn't fight over there? I am very curious to know
