These are good fights for Jr. that I like to envision too. Unfortunately Arum doesn't envision them so good luck making these fights happen.

Did you see Chavez fight Vera? Or even Rubio, Zbik, Rowland, Lyle, Duddy? Andy Lee landed all sorts of shots on Chavez, imagine if that had been Carl Froch landing those shots.

Those are horrible fights for Chavez, he'll get torn apart, and I think he knows it. Him talking about fights that he knows won't happen helps keep him relevant to his fans. This is a guy who didn't train hard for Martinez so that he could give himself an excuse for the beatdown he was about to receive.

Bob Arum is beginning to make Don King look like a saint.
That pile of fecal matter is worth 200 million, greed and the
delight in screwing people out of money is why he is still living.

Junior would lose badly to both. The man doesn't have the discipline to fight GGG; and he doesn't have the skills to beat Froch. GGG would KO Junior in dramatic fashion and Froch would outbox Junior (like Sergio). Junior is a sad pathetic individual. I hope he does fight GGG because it will take a real lose for this individual to decide on where his future lies; hopefully a future not in boxing.

With Junior aligning with Haymon and still "under contract" with Arum, I somehow don't see either fight happening.

It seems Chavez Jrs career is pretty much messed up just like Wards.

As entertaining as it would be to watch Jr get taken to the woodshed by GGG or Froch, I don't see either happening anytime soon. Even if he goes through with a bout against the TR contract situation I'm sure it's against someone mediocre, I don't see Haymon throwing him to the wolves in his first fight. On a side note, since he hasn't earned any wages in almost a year I wonder how passing on short money (3-3.5 Mil supposedly) to finish out his TR contract feels.
