Ruddock/Morrison/Golota all looked as good as GGG does now prior to their downfall.

Walters is Jamaican. Just went to boxrec to double check. He was born and raised in Jamaica not the US.

You should've made this statement your thread, there was no need to confuse it with heavyweights.

Basically you think Golovkin is lucky to be in a weak MW division, he is a power puncher who will get found out, or would be found out if there was an elite level fighter in his division.

You're not saying anything we haven't heard already from Golovkin detractors.

Anyhow, I don't get into the old fights much but I have watched Monzon and while Golovkin will possibly never have the record of the Argentine, imo he would beat him H2H.

golota was a lumbering idiot who doesnt have GGG's athleticism, versatility, and overall offensive game.

morrison had potential early on but never lived up to it. he was more white hype than actual great boxer.

razor ruddock had that corkscrew uppercut but he is not on the same level as GGG when it comes to offense.

GGG's upside/potential is far greater than all of those fighters.

Very true. There have been hypejobs in the past so the fighter you don't like must also be a hypejob.

Secondly the middleweight has, historically, been much deeper than the heavyweight division.
I have a very very hard time thinking of top Heavyweights that can beat or are better than Lennox Lewis or Mike Tyson. You should do a list. Because it's almost impossible to list 10.

What happens after the Ali/Louis/Frazier/Foreman tier?
You going to say the likes of Dempsey or Liston are greater than Lewis or Tyson? On what grounds?

                    Like I said........impossible to list 10.

Except Golota's performances against a past prime but still elite Rid**** Bowe is far more impressive than any wins GGG have had.
