Why would pacquiao dump his promoter who pays him 20-30 million every fight and made him an international superstar, also made Floyd and Oscar a superstar too by the way and many others, all because Floyd was using that as another excuse. It wasn't a valid excuse not to fight and supposedly its not now either, he called out Manny knowing hes signed to arum so now it isn't an excuse anymore and It never was valid so why are you even saying that bs when mayweather is now saying he's willing to do it? Lol you guys act like you dont want the fight, at least mayweather is acting like he wants it even though he doesn't. Your talking about an old excuse from years ago lol wow, so fine lets talk years ago which has nothing to do with what's going on now. Even if Manny dumped arum, which wouldn't have made any sense and Manny is loyal and that is respectable, there was no guarantee for a Floyd fight anyways. He was making other excuses back then to, and saying he wouldn't split any ppv revenue if the fight happened ,which again has nothing to do with what's currently going on.

And you call putting mayweather to shame by blasting him in a foot locker commercial begging? Wasn't mayweather the one who went on ShowTime and fighthype weeks after Manny did the commercial calling Manny out and acting like hes the one now who wants the fight. Is that considered begging or only when Manny does it. First floidiots say oh but he doesn't call him out doe.. he doesn't want it, then he calls him out in interviews for years and floidiots say oh well he dont call him out after the fight doe he doesn't want it, then he calls him out after his fight and even does a commercial making fun of him for ducking and now its considered beggin? But not when mayweather does it right? Floyd needs the fight more than Manny remember the may date is what he cares about and the whole world thinks hes a coward until he steps up to Manny challenge

Im totally with this. As far as PPV revenue goes for networks cut (showtime, HBO), IDK & IDC, but its only right that Pac gets at least 1/3 of what Floyd will get. Thats based on their last 3 PPV events, reason being and why i didnt include the last 4 is because Pacs KO loss to JMM so his stock dropped a bit. Live Gate would have to depend on where the fights taking place, my guess would be 50/50 if its MGM or 45/55 in floyds favor if staged elsewhere. I doubt itll be in Texas bcuz Bob would rob the hell outta floyd there.

Im really hoping Bob dont eff this up, floyd on the otherhand would have to truly attempt to make this fight too.

What more pressure does he need to do? Alls he can do is pressure Floyd and shame him through the media like he has been doing and hope like the rest of us he grows a set of duckweather family ***els and comes to the table and actually negotiates fairly which is another huge doubt.
First off he could tell his promoter to quit making excuses why the biggest fight in boxing needs take a back seat to Canelo & Cotto.

Yeah sounds good except for the fact that he sells way more than 1/3 of what Floyd does. You can't pick and choose how many fights to go back and say oh well based on the last 4 because that is ******ed. If you go based on just the last fight where Mann fought an absolute no named opponent in china and Floyd fought a well known opponent chino, Manny did over Half of what Floyd did. The fight before was neck in neck Bradley and chino again, the floyd fought canelo before that so of course he did alot more. And we could keep going but the fact is Floyd overall only averages only 20 percent more which is the number they should base it on which means 55/45 would be fair because that's a little more than 20 percent in Floyd favor. If you want to go based on 2014 numbers Floyd did 1.8 supposedly according to Espinoza, and according to hershman from HBO mannys fights did 1.2 million so that would be a 60/40 split. Tho doesn't take into account Manny brings in way more foreign revenue. 48illion watched mannys fight in china. Basing it off that is dumb though because Manny could fight canelo his next fight and do over 2 million and Floyd could fight khan and do 800k and then could Manny come back and say he deserves 2/3 of the revenue? Obviously not that would be dumb

How do you know he hasn't? Also bob arum was 100 percent right about what he said, the date has no meaning to Floyd because he's mot Mexican so it doesn't have to be on that date, and also arum said in the same press conference he wouldn't stop the fight from happening if arum insisted on fighting on may 2nd

So Floyd got inside scoop and knew all along that date was already set for Cotto vs Canelo. No wonder Floyd insists on the May 2 date.
