He's still a great defensive fighter he`s still one of the best controlling the ring , his chin isn't as great as Floyd per se, that's why he's gone down with flush shots while Floyd hasn't. People make such big deals of knockdowns, It's how a champion reacts after a kd that counts. JMM gets hurt or dropped in nearly everyone of his fights yet he still gets up to perform even better.

He's a good defensive fighter, not a great one. He gets hit with ****** shots and that isnt what great defensive fighters do. I can agree all day long that Rigo is a superb fighter, but defensive genius? Naaa

No chance of Rigo moving up and facing Loma.

Rigo beat gave ole boy a pumpkin head, and I bet Amagasa is going to be feeling those body shots for a minute as well.

          Good fight.

          War Rigo.

Fair enough. People will always have different opinions and I can respect the above.

just watched the fight, hardly a war lol

Rigo controlled everything apart from rounds 7 and 8.

Rigo is a good fighter. with that said, hes very limited. or rather his mindset is very limited. hes just not a complete fighter

Rigo might get dropped but he gets up to beat them up even worse. That performance Rigo had on rd 10 beats the breaks out of LSC.
... you can't detect "tongue in cheek", right?

He's still a great defensive fighter, taking a few big shots and getting dropped doesn't change that. Every fighter is going to get hit at some point, it's part of the sport. Would you say Pernell Whitaker wasn't a defensive genius considering how many times he hit the canvas?

This is ****ing hilarious, all the haters are acting like Rigondeaux went life and death with Amagasa. Rigo probably got hit with no more than 10 decent shots.

I hope the rest of the division thinks less of him now, too. Maybe they'll stop ducking.
