No I wouldn't, because I don't think he has lost much if a step at all, hes just fought opponents who have iron chins. Plus hes never been really much of a one punch Ko guy, Ricky Hatton was the only one at the higher weights. Manny gets the tko because he would beat them up so bad and margarito, Rios, and algieri could have arguably been stopped just the same as cotto and de la Hoya because he beat them so bad, so it doesn't look like hes lost anything really. If anything hes a little more careful since the Marquez fight so maybe he's even a better boxer. And all the floudiots said he was on roids yet now that he's taking the strictest ped testing in the world vada, he looks the exact same, maybe even more ripped in the algieri fight than hes ever been and hes just as explosive. how is mayweather going to beat someone who throws 100 punches a round with power and who's lefty and has the best footwork in the game. Mannys defense is better than anyone hes faced in along time too and mayweather potshots a few punches a round it wont be enough to win. Easy fight for pacquiao, mayweather has never faced an opponent near as good as pacquiao and he has arguably lost to lesser opponents
