Former three division champion and future hall of famer "Sugar" Shane Mosley recently gave Boxingscene.com his expert opinion on how a potential fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao would play out. Mosley faced both fighters in the ring, losing twelve round decisions in both outings.
While Mosley leans towards Mayweather, he doesn't rule out Pacquiao leaving the ring with his hand raised.

He did call his bluff and Arum moved the goalposts
so floyd wont fight outside of may against manny even though he's done it with other opponents. and arum wont let manny fight in may against floyd even though manny has done so in the past. so are they both blowing smokes?
