MGM would be great. There are alot of peurto ricans in the tri state area but also alot of Mexicans as well who would all pay top dollar to see the fight. Texas is only Mexicans and they wouldn't be able to charge as much because there's so many seats in those stadiums. The real question now is what is Floyd going to do now? Seems as though he is boxed into a corner. Either fight pacquiao for a hundred mill and erase all doubts about him being a coward or be the biggest coward ever and fight khan for a third of the money and lose his may date and any last respect from fans outside of his die hards

Exactly dude. But I don't doubt for a minute Cotto was offered something*** to take the Floyd fight.

Dan Rafael confirmed in one of his boxing chats that 100% Cotto was given an offer from Al Haymon.

I like Cotto but he can be a super diva sometimes. This is just Cotto dragging his heals. IMO, the fight gets made May 2 (barring Pac/Floyd)

From all accounts, it seems like boxing fans will know for sure by the end of Jan if Canelo/Cotto Pac/Floyd gets made.
