My curiosity is why individuals hype Lomo, who didn't do much but run from Russell and yet display hatred for Rigondeaux. Personally I find it ironic.

Rigondeaux is possibly the most Interesting boxer to watch because of his skill... I'm not saying the most entertaining but the most interesting because of his reflex, speed and accuracy.

It's interesting how so many hide from Rigondeaux and how many people downplay his exceptional skill set. Only hypocrites like "Golovkin" who praise one fighter and hate another for no real reason; outside of "he doesn't entertain me". If you don't enjoy the different areas and skills it takes to be a great boxer; you shouldn't be watching the sport.

I dig Corrales-Castillo type slugfests as much as any fight fan but I also love watching Rigo who I feel is the most skilled boxer on the planet right now.

If I was ****** rich I'd create a boxing super channel that catered to the best possible match ups. None of this Haymon-sanctioned Garcia-Salka slime.

I know prize fighting is about maximizing earnings but a belt holder should have minimum standards as a representative of the sport. The Cherry Business displayed by other top featherweights is blatant and wholly weak sauce. They should be called on it by every interviewer. Pathetic.

I'm just glad he's developing a fan base SOMEWHERE. Guy needs to make a living, shame though - like some have said - he's called boring in the ring. I'd call him more a boss in the ring. A fighter may have some success bull-rushing him for a quick KO, but he'll box the ears off anyone else in his division or the next division north.

I give Santa Cruz the hypocrite of the year award. It's hilarious how a few months earlier he was "so eager" to face Rigo but for now he somehow found out that Rigo hasn't got an exciting stlye and he wants Mares besides him. So he wants a fighter in a division north with no belt besides the owner of two belts in his own fucking weightclass. I doubt it will be Rigo cause LSC won't dare to fight him but I hope somebody will knock his ass out or school him. The end is near Santa Cruz, the WBC already started to push you to unify, you can't hide forever under Haymon's skirt picking cherries at the same time. Frampton or Rigo will beat you if one of those fights ever made. This guy literally just fights sparring partners over and over, Danny Garcia had a Salka fight too but at least before that he beat Matthysse and Khan. What LSC does is a damn shame and imo no Mexican should be proud of this guy.
