The ring has Vargas ranked number 7 at lww and he also carries the wba regular belt and hes also undefeated and just beat former world champion DeMarco on the pacquiao algieri undercard. Vargas doesn't deserve a shot with pacquiao and they wont let that happen yet but he certainly deserves a shot at Danny Garcia and would be one of the best wins on his resume.
