Credit to him for wanting these fights. Blame to whoever lets it happen though.

The ring has Vargas ranked number 7 at lww and he also carries the wba regular belt and hes also undefeated and just beat former world champion DeMarco on the pacquiao algieri undercard. Vargas doesn't deserve a shot with pacquiao and they wont let that happen yet but he certainly deserves a shot at Danny Garcia and would be one of the best wins on his resume. I mean c'mon he just fought the number 77 ranked lightweight salka lol at least Vargas is a top ten ranked fighter

I would actually like to see that fight. Like him or not Vargas is ranked number 7 by the ring, is undefeated, carries wba regular belt, and also just beat a decent fighter Antonio DeMarco. That would be one of the best opponents on garcias resume and I think if Vargas beat Danny Garcia which he could win a decision, the world may finally get excited about a fight with him and Manny pacquiao, although I don't think its a 50/50 fight, its more like 60/40 in garcias favor. Like him or hate him Vargas always finds a way to win.

I don't think Swift will defend those belts anymore, he's not goin straight to 147 but he's gonna grow into 147 from what Angel has said, if Swift stays at 140 he doesn't need Vargas' belt and wouldn't gain nothin from whoopin his azz
