Stevenson should be forced to sweat it out. Should Pascal win, he should fight another fight before considering Stevenson just to earn another payday and show Stevenson that he and his team don't hold the cards. I don't think Pascal is going to beat Kovalev though but hypothetically speaking.

Part of me would want to see Pascal/Kovalev winner vs Stevenson. Another part me just wants Adonis to fall into obscurity with no big fights even if it means no Pascal/Kovalev winner fight.
Pascal wanted an eve 50-50 split, which Stevenson rejected - looking for something more in line to a 60-40
Pascal actually only wanted 60/40. Stevenson wanted 70/30.

I thought the split offered was less than 60/40 (which is more than far, if it went to a purse bid he would not get that much, and if it was the other way around he would have done the same). As far as the 3 belts goes, Stevenson still have the most important one (lineal, and ring). Hopefully they just do a 50/50 split (2 fight deal, with the winner making more in a rematch).

So Pascal is saying he'd likely duck Stevenson and if he chose to fight him he wouldn't be wrong to ask for the 75-25 split in his favor?

          Way to troll Stevenson lmao

Ok so how's this for REAL? Stevenson ko'd Dawson whose previous fight was him dropping down in weight to get outclassed and stopped by Andre Ward....he then goes back up in weight to face a puncher like Super Twat....don't think weight fluctuation has anything to do with Dawson being ko'd in the first round against Aducknis? ....ROY JONES...

Now how can you blame people for not liking Stevenson? His attitude and the way he has handled his career since that fight has been disappointing to say the least....

Pascal is saying there would be other big money fights out there if he beat Kovalev, but doesn't seem like there is much merit in that view.

Kovalev doesn't have that many options unless he decides to go up. Why not Stevenson after Pascal?

                    Huh?

The article is about Pascal saying that if he beats Kovalev he has other options outside of Stevenson... nothing to do with who Kovalev will fight next (though I'm assuming Kovalev is still looking for that final belt).

Yeah, because If he beats Kovalev he will be mandatory for Stevenson ... but Stevenson will not be mandatory for him.
