you're really an idiot if you think this. straight up, make no mistake about this, boy. if this were a 2008 cotto we're talking about here, he foks canelo up. this is only a competitive fight because cotto is out of his prime but there's still enough there to make this a very competitive fight. but i see canelo edging it out, though.

His offense is just too good for the smaller guy. He'll definitely catch Cotto enough to cause a serious effect. Alvarez may not be the quickest guy on his feet, but his hands are fast and accurate, and he can throw any punch effectively. He's plenty skilled, and with his size I expect him to break Cotto down and make him run.

A lot of the fighters Canelo has fought since reaching the top of the sport have said afterwards that he was much faster than they thought. No question Cotto's more technical, but I don't think Canelo needs to be better than him in that department to win. Cotto has a chance if he can find his rhythm and frustrate Canelo, but on balance Kid Cinnamon is a solid fave IMO
