If the first fight would have happened in 2008 or 2009? Sure, a trilogy would be epic. Three in a row, starting in 2015 feels forced or even fixed.

Thing is, Floyd cherry picked this moment. He waited until Pacquiao's skills had diminished so he can slow it down to a 1-punch-at-a-time snooze fest. Mayweather will win a boring, 12 round decision, then declare that there won't be a rematch because he "already proved" he beats Pacquiao.

This is, of course, assuming the fight gets made. I mean, Mayweather ducked him epically before.
