It will, no doubt about it! But both fighters legacies will be diminshed if they don't end up fighting because of the little fiasco's that happened in each round of negotiations..
That said, Floyd's "0" and Manny's 8 divisional titles won't mean jack squat when it's all said and done! They both need eachother, to cement their legacies amongst boxing's best..Comment

pacquiaos legacy is already effed up. the weight drained big fights, the steroids, the way he got sent to the moon by marquez, and his early excuses for ducking mayweather will follow him right into the hall of fame. enjoy your asterick.Comment

Doesn't take away from the fact that Floyd needs Manny on his resume. You can slice it anyway you want it but Floyd won't be considered as great without that win. You can blame bob all you want but if Floyd really wants the fight and cares about his legacy he will be willing to comply with Manny's side which isn't asking a lot anyway.Comment

This Is correct, I believe the only request from Arum and Pacquiao Is a change of date from May 2nd to April or June.Doesn't take away from the fact that Floyd needs Manny on his resume. You can slice it anyway you want it but Floyd won't be considered as great without that win. You can blame bob all you want but if Floyd really wants the fight and cares about his legacy he will be willing to comply with Manny's side which isn't asking a lot anyway.
If you want to fight someone as bad as Mayweather claimed he wanted to fight Pacquiao In his Showtime Interview does the particular date really matter?
I also wonder how Floyd got beyond his disdain for Arum all of a sudden to even mention fighting Pacquiao? Didn't Floyd say there would be no fight as long as Arum was Involved?Comment
