Khan is a throwback fighter. Constantly improving, constantly challenging himself, constantly taking dangerous fights regardless of a couple of losses. This is the era where Boxing "fans" worship woman beaters who flaunt their wealth and avoid the dangerous fights everyone wants to see. Khan is out of his Era.

Not to mention Herrera beat Garcia fairly easily which further proves that Garcia just fluked the Khan fight. Very few people consider Garcia the world champion since Herrera beat him like that so in reality what does Khan gain from fighting a virtual nobody Garcia?

It shows how hardcore Khan is, he wants the fight anyway just to prove the point, even though Garcia isn't really the champ, Herrera is. I bet Khan fights Herrera after that (and Herrera is another rematch which Danny ducked - surprise, surprise). You can't deny Khan's greatness the sport, it's downright impossible dammit

Herrera beating Garcia only proves that a relatively unknown fighter beat the guy who obliterated Khan.

What does Khan gain from fighting Garcia? Money, respect and possibly the right to call out Mayweather.

A lot of it I am sure is due to his outrages assessments of situations ie," The Floyd fight will be the biggest fight ever.."Floyd is running scared"when I fight in Vegas it will be a Hatton type atmosphere"(a dozen turn up!)..Of his Maidana poll after begging his twitter followers to vote for him.."see the world wants to see this fight "..The taxi driver in Vegas, Mayweather telling him he's not well known enough.."I think Floyds starting to promote the fight"...I could go on and on.
Khan has a unique knack of undoing his sometimes good performances in the ring with such deluded some times child like opinions of the situation and I am sure that these bizarre statements he make's are why people have a go.

People love to see other people fail for some reason but most of the people that are talking **** are anonymous people on the internet whos opinion really shouldn't be taken seriously anyway.

Going off some of the comments Ive read on here alone I cant imagine some of these people saying the things they post in real life because theyd be looked at as foolish, that goes for the comments about all boxers, not just Khan.

Imagine if you took a few posters from here and sat them at a table with some past and present boxing greats to have a conversation about boxing, they wouldn't say the foolish things they say online because they would lose all credibility and sound like children.

Khan can be a local (UK) hero, and an average guy on the world stage. Either way I just wish he'd stop whining all the time. He has 3 bad bad loses. None of which he has avenged. Talk about an asterisk on your resume!

Your original premise, which your entire hangs upon, is totally flawed. Khan did try to rematch both Peterson and Garcia straight away. The Peterson rematch was signed and was officially confirmed but then Peterson got caught with PEDs so that rematch got cancelled when he got banned.

Garcia didn't want the rematch, both he and his dad knew that he got lucky against Khan in the first fight and would probably not be able to repeat that performance against a better-prepared Khan. They avoided Khan's many attempts to make the rematch, one of which was calling out Garcia on live tv in the post-fight interview of the Molina fight. Instead Danny rematched Morales! Do the math.
