At this point in his career, No. Broner needs to develop a few more things to be able to beat him. Broner has the power advantage, the speed is close because Pacquiao is on the decline but if one has a speed edge, you have to give it to Pacq, And if Broner increases his workrate against pacquiao, he should pull off the victory. The guy's too easy to hit and too low punch output to be in with speedy Pac. He might finish the fight but Pac would drop him a half dozen times along the way. And Marcos would flat out decapitate the bum. He calls others puszeez after they own him. Yeah, that's it, stay classy there Bonehead.

What's really insane about the whole thing is, many fans (including me) would actually like the guy a bit if he'd lose the nasty attitude. He does have a bit of talent. Obviously not nearly as great as he thinks he is though.

Hes got less than zero chance against Pac. Overrated power, low work rate due to all the mismatches they were feeding him. And work rate does not go up as you get older.
