As I found out yesterday talking to deveel916, djtmal and ironmt if Manny refuses again they will still blame Floyd because Manny's refusing doesn't mean he doesn't want to fight it means the offer wasn't fair or done in good faith.

I like to read the thread titles of Floyd threads, then skip straight to the last page, just to see how far off base the conversation has gotten.

Tired of all this Abu Dhabi crap... Floyd will only fight in Vegas... if it was really about money, he would have fought Pacquiao long time ago!

The President invited Pacquiao to the White House during a campaign year, pretended to not even know who Mayweather was in an interview.
No I don't think Floyd would be able to get any major endorsement, he is too toxic and has a propensity to break laws and and have to defend his support of Ray Rice in a major cable interview with Rachel Nicols just days before his last fight. No major company is willing to take that risk. I work in PR, I know that game well.
That's why he resorts to making his own TMT shirts that look like they were printed up at a local mall on a Hanes T.
This guy knows what he is talking about ^. All Mayweather had to do was control his emotions and not hit a woman, stop sounding off on great fighters and dissing them, and become an endearing star who people respected and admired. Instead he climbed into a role in the Oscar fight because as he said "someone needs to play the bad guy" and he hasn't stopped playing that role since. He was becoming of a role that he liked too much and either couldn't or wouldn't shed. He alienated himself and then wondered why no one spoke affectionately toward him. The true meaning of a self-fulfilled prophesy from his character change during the Oscar fight buildup. He made his bed and has to lay in it. And when Pac came along, and people admired him more, Floyd's jealousy got the best of him to the extent of a racial outburst which further alienated him from a public that has wanted to embrace him but he made that possibility too difficult. And sponsors see him as the collective of his controversy and his arrogance. Like you said, he is toxic.
