Prior to that, Floyd was interviewed on Showtime. Floyd said he is interested but says this.
- Fight must be on Showtime.
- Manny is desperate.
- Marquez.
- I offered Manny $40 million in 2012 and that stopped us from getting a fight. So now I will offer him even less than that.


So I'm sure that Arum heard this even before the Showtime interview. So think about it. If you were Arum, would you even care on which date the fight is on if Manny is going to be offered less than in 2012? May 2nd then would only be important for Floyd raking it in. If Floyd throws Arum more roadblocks, how do you expect Arum to react? Arum then can put Floyd in a bind if he tells everyone what he said. Arum has Cotto and GB has Canelo.

Dont under estimate the wallets of these oil rich mutherfrackers. They won a world cup bid without a single stadium that seated more than 10,000 people in the whole country of Qatar.

They are building state of the art 70k seaters with full outdoor air conditioning in towns that have a population of 13,000 people for 3-4 games then shipping the whole thing to Africa for free.
