Ok so John Duddy is playing the role of Ken Buchanan....John Duddy fought at middleweight (160 lbs) and Duran fought Ken Buchanan at lightweight (135 lbs). So did Johhn Duddy have to drop a lot of weight to play the role?

Damn shame that show went off..loved it

I liked that show alot too. Something I have been wondering is why hasn't HBO or Showtime ever had a boxing show that actually featured real boxers? The main characters would be actors of course, but you could have some of the boxers make cameos once in a while or even small regular parts ot so. You could have for instance Floyd make a cameo on the show when he has a fight coming up or Oscar making a cameo as himself trying to sign a fighter to Golden Boy Promotions. I think boxing diehards and even casuals would be more likely to tune into the shows. Hell, it might even have the chance to convert casuals to diehards if done right. I'm sure plenty of boxers would love the chance to be a part of that.

Well, some of us don't have Superman vision like you must have. You see, when we watch actors on the screen, I know it sounds crazy, but anyway, we don't have the ability to see their actual weight and height.
