If manny decides to walk away blame him for doing so.

With that said...If Floyd has no desire to negotiate in good faith and give Pac his fair share, then he's not serious about the fight or making his biggest purse that he will ever make.
We all understand this. My response to you was based on you stating you don't care about finances. Yet you post about "lowballing" and "fair"-showing you clearly care about the finances one fighter is getting-and try and dance around it by saying you care about finances only relative to the fight being made. Why must you try and make Floyd at fault should he refuse again?

For both of you-If Pac doesn't get exactly what he wants during negotiations to fight Floyd, is it ok for him to refuse again?

Thats because that cats whole agenda is about making the Pacquaio camp look like the main culprits in this charade. In the midst of the biggest s***storm of negative press on Floyd to date, they still don't get it.

If they keep rejecting the offers, like he loves to claim, the offers weren't on the up and up to begin with.

They run with anything Floyd says.

Yes sir, I have. Is May 2nd really that crucial In making the biggest fight of our lifetime? Would It really be that much of an Inconvenience to have the fight a month earlier or a month later? Wouldn't you agree that just making the fight a reality In 2015 more Important than a particular date?

Looks like you are the cat with the agenda. I know you're a huge Manny fan so its not a surprise you give him a pass.
