Its clear that Floyd is the one whos desperate. And add in all the lawsuits thats Floyd's facing and he would be lucky to get 50/50.

Mayweather brought in more money. How that money is distributed on Mayweathers side doesn't mean anything to Pacquiao negotiations.

Mayweather brought in more money, yes, but Showtime invested a lot into both Mayweather fights (especially promotional costs, and stacking the cards), so obviously the fight would generate more revenue than Pac-Algieri would. However, given that he fought a Latin fighter on a Mexican holiday with all the promotion they had for the fight as well as a much stronger undercard, it was performed poorly from a business perspective judging by the revenue it generated in comparision to the losses Showtime made.

The Pacquiao-Algieri fight seems underwhelming at first glance, but if you consider that the fight was in China, the fact that Algieri was virtually unknown to many and that investment in proportion to the Mayweather-Maidana fight(s) were significantly less, it isn't bad as some imply. Not to say it was a great success, but taking all these factors into account, it performed better than the Mayweather fights given the circumstances.
