So Manny is the one who ducks the fight because of testing and Floyd gets the blame for it anyway just like Floyd is being blame for the fight not being made right now cause Arum is the only guy in the picture having an issue with May 2nd, but ofcourse guys like you come around the blame Floyd anyway with the usual "well if Manny would have agreed, Floyd will set up another roadblock". Could of would of doesn't mean he did. Manny walked away from the biggest fight cause he didn't want to be tested even thought Floyd was willing to be flexible on his only demand in letting Manny have a two week cut off so Manny would be insured he wouldn't be tested on the day or day before the fight which was Manny's first excuse why he didn't want to be tested. Again two week cut of is not a schedule testing date so Manny can very well be tested a month before the fight on a two week cut off.
