anyone who has followed the sport for any length of time would have to agree with this. Take a guy like Mike McCallum the Body Snatcher, he knocked out everything he touched at super welter and moved up 6 pounds and couldn't knock out marginal guys sometimes. Even Roberto Duran struggled to get a knockout when he moved up 10 pounds.
