That is definitely a conspiracy theory, because we have footage and photographs of Brandon Rios and Tim Bradley taking VADA tests, but nothing for Pacquaio.

But I don't buy into that conspiracy theory about Pacquaio because I believe VADA when they say he passed successfully and was clean. Malinaggi has every right to his opinion. He has the right to ask questions about Pacquiao, but he should also question Floyd.
