USADA, VADA, and NSAC's advanced random drug testing will catch blood doping because they all test for EPO amongst many other things. They all take both blood and urine samples during training camp. Again, you are not going to beat those tests today doing those old outdated Armstrong tactics. Back in the day, during Armstrong's era, there were no EPO tests. And even despite that, Armstrong still managed to get caught with a positive but always got his way out of it by having doctors fake prescriptions and other things.

Floyd may be doing something that is not being tested for so he can get away with it. PED users take PEDs so that they can train harder than otherwise possible and consequently perform better. Your body heals quicker than otherwise possible without the PEDs.
Floyd is doing this so that his body heals quicker and hence can train harder. Using Floyd's method, the platelets secrete growth factors. In some way similar to HGH but different.

Usually, when Armstrong beat tests he did so be EVADING test takers. This is found all over the USADA report about him.
