This guy... SMH. So, he is so short on talent he used every trick in the book that he had used vs all those cans he fought leading up to the Loma fight... failed miserably... yet SOMEHOW the bum thinks he's actually something. He's something out of a training film for gardeners is what something he is. One boring as he!! fighter with way limited skills. I'd looooovvveee to see him in there with Walters. He'd get annihilated within 5. Geez... you know, there are many fighters who need to just hire publicists... because they sure can't do a proper interview without coming across as completely daft and delusional. And this guy is at the top of that list.

So why didn't you beat him, Gary? When you had the chance?

I actually supported you going into the fight thinking that your pro experience would give you the edge. But your performance embarassed me, you were the one who looked like an amateur with those fast shoeshine punches that were all flash with absolutely no power behind them.

After a butt whipping like that one would think that you would humble yourself, ditch the ego, and at least show some respect to the better man. Maybe learn something and get better going forward.

Instead it sounds like you are delusional and very likely too arrogant to have learned a damn thing from the loss.

It's always good for a young fighter to stay confident but don't go full ******. Loma beats him every time. There are levels to this game and Mr. Gary isn't equipped to beat Lomachenko.

Yeah right, Loma almost knocked out TBA in the last round. Stay humble.

Same thing Mayweather will say after the Pacquiao fight that never happens because Bob Arum is against May 2nd even though Cotto doesn't care to fight on May 2nd

Al Haymon has an amazing skill of selling overrated fighters against cab drivers to television networks for big money: Broner, Berto, Gary Russell, Quillen, Stevenson, the list goes on and on...

At the end of the day, Loma was bigger and stronger with equal skills to Russell If not a little better, It's hard to over come size and strength of someone as athletic as yourself, regardless of skill level. Loma beats Rusell 8 times out of 10 IMHO...It's just hard for Rusell too accept the fact that someone is better then him, but that's normal for a young fighter....

What does Floyd have to do with this thread, Pactard?

Damn! Sucks that the first time you fought it was that one in a hundred times you lose.

Timing has nothing to do with size. They could have been the same size and Loma still would have embarrassed him. Like people have said, his shoeshine punches were useless and didn't do anything to set up anything bigger. Stop trying to put a ****** excuse on a fighter for him being completely outclassed. The way the fight turned out, it's hard to ever imagine Gary beating Loma. By the time Gary could came around to beating that version of Loma, he would be so far ahead of where he used to be that Gary would have such a small chance of success.
