Roy is my favorite fighter of all time and I defend him to no end.

But in his hey day there were call for him to fight Nunn, McClellan and Dariusz. I never he thought he ducked them but people were saying the same thing about him that people are Floyd. People try to take you down when you're on top.

Somebody said Oscar fought everybody. He blatantly ducked Jose Luiz Lopez, he waited for Lopez to hurt Quartey to fight him. He avoided Tito for a minute. I was there for all of that.

Honestly Tito, Cotto and Toney are the only top boxers who I've ever seen fought anyone without excuses

Its funny how most of these commentators go back and forth in regards to Floyd. Its like they are forced to give him credit. But it is Hilarious.

Sorry, I'm not here to do a flomwo Vs Roy war, just stating Roy was heavily called a cherry picker back in the 90's by HBO.

He's not exactly what they referred to as the Roberto Duran type of fighter himself.

You have to go back and study the sport and his fights.

Tarver also came to his press conference and called him out..and it was only when Roy wanted his titles back that he finally fought him...trust me i know the history as i am a huge fan of both..Roy was criticized just like Floyd for avoiding fights and fighting lesser comp..true or not that is what was said when he was on top
