Good news. This time next year, one man will hold the WBA, WBC, IBF, WBO, RING, TBRB, and lineal LHW titles.

An undisputed champion would be mythical in this era. It will be exciting to actually see all the belts on one person. At LHW, the undisputed champion will deserve to be called one of the best fighters in boxing.

HBO aren't going to get robbed by Haymon, they're done with that.

I agree... but it will be nice that the winner will be undisputed.

Okay Stevensen & Michel... I was born at night, but not last night. I highly doubt pimp-boy called you at 2am asking for Kov.

Yeah, they had the fight and Adonis Stevenson decided to turn down a career high pay-day to fight Andrezj Fonfara.

Why would HBO overpay him to fight a fringe contender in ANOTHER tuneup (after just having one) when they could of just made the fight with Kovalev? (which is what they tried to do)

The Andre Berto's of boxing, or Danny Garcia's aren't getting paid $750,000+ to fight Rod Salka on HBO.

That's for Showtime. But HBO isn't doing that anymore.

(which is why we get Adonis-Sukhotzky, and Garcia-Salka MAIN EVENTS on primetime Showtime nowadays. No need to take risks or fight for legacy on Showtime. You get career pay days to fight starbucks baristas)

LOL at this is what they wanted.

They're now working at a 50/50 split if a purse bid is ordered.

If Stevenson tries to screw them order, they'll just wait it out for a purse bid and the possibility of everybody getting paid less happens

Who cares why? Stevenson wants winner if pas/kov. Much bigger fight now.

                      Make it happen.
