I can't see that happening. Wilder does not have Fury's defensive skill or footwork, and Stiverne is an instinctive counter puncher.
If Wilder tried the stick-and-move tactic, Stiverne would probably retreat and try to draw him in, rather than charging after him the way Chisora did against Fury.
