Calling someone a cheat then demanding they take blood tests despite never testing positive for any test what so ever is not something someone does to negotiate a fight in good faith.

Back then Pac had more bargaining power. He had every right to tell Floyd to go F himself. He's lost some of that bargaining power and has had to concede to some of the original demands now. Fine by me. Whatever gets the fight done. I just hope for the fights sake that Floyd doesnt now come up with MORE demands that will potentially kill the fight. If Floyd really wants the fight he wont create obstacles and hurdles.

Agreed with your 1st paragraph. I guess that's why Manny has been offered so much more everytime an offer is made.

As I said before, if glove choice didn't kill Morales/ Manny 1 it wont hurt this fight either. 40% is probably more than Manny is worth (65/35 seems right) but if it gets the fight made so be it.

The point remains, as your purse split suggestion illustrates, one guy is the champion/star and the other guy is the challenger/opponent. Throughout history opponents make concessions. So will Manny.

Well both guys are champions and stars in their own right. The only difference is Floyd does slightly better numbers as of lately and has the undefeated record behind him. Therefore he can command more money and call most of the shots.

Manny although the b side here doesn't have to accept b.s terms though as b-sides in the past have had too. He's the second highest paid fighter in the sport and does the 2nd highest #'s of anyone right now. Both fighters need eachother in order to make their biggest purses ever and in the process make history. Sure Pac will concede to being the b-side but if Floyd starts asking for Pac not to wear the gloves he's worn his entire career, that in my opinion would be shameful and Floyd would once again be looked upon as a b*tch.
